How to Get a Referral
If your pet is requiring advanced dentistry services, you can make an appointment with your veterinarian and have them submit a referral. Once we receive the referral we will reach out to you to set up a consultation with Dr. McTaggart.
What to Expect During your Consultation
During your dentistry consultation you will meet with Dr. McTaggart where she will discuss your pet’s case, perform an oral exam and go over possible treatment options. At this time we will provide you with a detailed estimate and schedule a procedure date for your pet.
How to Prepare for your Consultation
We encourage referrals to have all of their pet’s necessary lab work and diagnostics done prior to the dental consultation. This way, we can have an idea of your pet’s anesthetic tolerance and can book procedures accordingly.
